PAYROLL TECHNICIAN

YOUR ROLE:
Your main responsibilities will be to carry out the preparation, analysis and accounting records related to the payroll of every Coalision office: Canada, United States, France and Hong Kong.

YOUR OBJECTIVES:
• Perform accurate and timely processing of payroll including accounting entries (bi-weekly for Canada and the United States and monthly for France and Hong Kong);
• Review various exception reports in order to make the correction and / or adjustments;
• Validate and process the billing (monthly, bi monthly) of different vendors on the payroll and benefits;
• Conduct the opening and closing of employee records;
• Respond to government as well as head office and satellite offices employee’s requests.

You are certified, or in the process, by the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) and are bilingual. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position is essential. Knowledge of Nethris payroll systems and ADP are assets. Versatile and highly organized, you demonstrate interpersonal skills that makes you a very accessible person; you are the person we are looking for!!

VOTRE RÔLE:
Vous aurez comme principales responsabilités d’effectuer la préparation, l’analyse et la comptabilisation des dossiers en lien avec le traitement de la paie de tous les bureaux de Coalision : Canada, États-Unis, France et Hong-Kong.

VOS OBJECTIFS:
• Accomplir avec précision et dans les délais requis le traitement de la paie complet incluant les écritures comptables (à la quinzaine pour le Canada et les États-Unis et mensuellement pour la France et Hong Kong);
• Réviser différents rapports d’exception afin de procéder à la correction et/ou aux ajustements nécessaires;
• Validez et procéder à la facturation (bi mensuelle et mensuelle) des différents fournisseurs relatif à la paie et aux avantages sociaux;
• Procéder à l’ouverture ainsi qu’à la fermeture des dossiers d’employés;
• Répondre aux requêtes gouvernementales ainsi que celle des employés en provenance du siège social et des bureaux satellites.

VOTRE PROFIL:
Vous êtes certifié(e), ou en cours de l’être, par l’Association Canadienne de la Paie (ACP) et êtes parfaitement bilingue. Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire est essentiel. Une connaissance des systèmes de paie Nethris et ADP sont des atouts. Polyvalent et très organisé, vous démontrez des habiletés interpersonnelles qui font de vous une personne très accessible, vous êtes la personne que nous cherchons!!

The Assistant Store Manager’s role:

Lolë is seeking an outstanding and inspiring leader to act as full time Assistant Store Manager for our Lolë store in Toronto, located in beautiful Bayview village!

You will manage the overall store operations with primary responsibility for its financial performance and customer service satisfaction.

Your objectives are:

• Set an example for the entire team. Passionately lead and educate on the retail floor. Develop and train the store team to deliver legendary customer experiences in the store.
• Acts as the key person for the Lolë meet-ups offered by the Lolë store.

Lolë is seeking an energetic and inspiring leader to act as part time (25-30h/week) Sales Associate for our Lolë store in Montreal, St-Denis Street!

Your objectives are:

• Deliver legendary customer experiences in the stores;
• Perform register and merchandising tasks, such as re-stock, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, transfers and monthly inventory.
• Responsible of store appearance and visual merchandise standards.
• Responsible of the stock room management (inventory levels, stock management, returns).
