DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR

Lolë is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join our team at the magnificent Château Viger located in the heart of the Old Port of Montreal.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Coordinate, plan and execute daily operations related to the US and Mass Market distribution as per company procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and book inventory arrival in the ERP system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy between ERP system and 3rd party Logistics (3PLs).
• Monitor shipping status within the different 3PLs.
• Ensure orders are shipped as per customers Shipping window and instructions. Major accounts as Amazon, Costco, etc.
• Review and communicate customers shipping instructions / requirements to the 3PLs.
• Prepare and maintain necessary distribution documentations for management.
• Work with transportation team to coordinate pick-up and delivery activities.
• Work with Production team to coordinate goods arrival to warehouse vs requested delivery date to customers.
• Review and approve invoices related to distribution services / supplies.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a college diploma in logistics with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position? You also are service and team oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset, live an active lifestyle and adhere to Lolë’s philosophy of “Live Out loud Everyday” with:
