Lolë is seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team at the magnificent Château Viger located in the heart of the Old Port of Montreal.

As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. Event planning for company’s special events and guests.  You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Ultimately, duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Your objectives

  • Greet and welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person/office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  • Event planning for company’s special events as well as for meetings
  • Book hotel, restaurant and airline reservations for guests and internal employees
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, faxes and deliveries
  • Prepare all internal UPS shipments and manage UPS invoices
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update all internal communication; employee phone extension list, new employees and company documents.
  • Take the extra mile to engage with internal and external customers.


You are passionate about your wellness, full of energy and you adhere to the philosophy of Lolë “Live Out loud Everyday”. In addition, you have proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist or similar role.  Have knowledge of word and excel. Have a professional attitude and appearance.  Have good written and verbal communication skills in French and English.  Have excellent organizational skills.  Have customer service attitude with internal and external customers.
